Our Philosophy of Care
BetterCare as a company was formed in 1993 during
UK community care reforms. It was formed in response
to the needs and wishes of service users. The core
principles expounded in the publication, "Homes
are for Living in", have been adopted as the
underlying philosophy of the company. Our underlying
philosophy can best be described as: People First
People First is the value base shared by all staff
within each of our Care Centres and within the BetterCare
Organisation.
