 The
Emberbrook Care Centre is an innovative health care
collaboration between BetterCare, Kingston Community
NHS Trust and the local community. The Centre is
designed to provide a range of Care services for
the local population within separate independent
wings on the same site.
These services include: frail elderly nursing care,
EMI dementia care and rehabilitation following acute
illness or medical / surgical procedures in hospital.
Emberbrook is numbered 26 on the map on the right.
All the other homes are also situated within the
Greater London region.
Emberbrook Care Centre comprises:
The George Tickler Wing
Up to 14 single en-suite bedrooms for NHS rehabilitation.
Ditton House
16 single en-suite bedrooms for frail elderly nursing
care.
Wandle & Mole Houses
Two homes for E.M.I. dementia care each comprising
of 19 single en-suite bedrooms.
